Mr Dinning has operated his own consulting business for the past 30 years, and brings extensive management and administrative experience to Simba Essel Energy.

He has held a number of senior roles in the financial industry, serving as a director and/or officer of several public companies, including Meadow Bay Gold Corp., Rockhaven Resources, Apolo Gold & Energy, Sonora Gold & Silver and Paramount Gold and Silver.
